Delivery or Self Pick-up Method

Cara Penghantaran

1. Penghantaran adalah melalui perkhidmatan Pos Laju daripada Pos Malaysia ataupun perkhidmatan kurier daripada Citylink Express. Kami hanya akan menguruskan penghantaran selepas bayaran penuh diterima.

2. Penghantaran dalam Semenanjung Malaysia akan mengambil masa sehingga 5 hari bekerja. Sementara penghantaran ke Sabah dan Sarawak akan mengambil masa hingga 7 hari bekerja (mengikut kawasan).

3. Sebaliknya, pesanan boleh diambil sendiri di Kompleks Damai, Jalan Ipoh semasa waktu pejabat atau di Seksyen 6, Kota Damansara selepas waktu pejabat dan hujung minggu. Alamat penuh akan diberikan selepas pembayaran dibuat.

Delivery or Self Pick-up Method

1. Shipping and delivery is using PosLaju from Pos Malaysia or courier service using Citylink Express. We will only ship full payment items only.

2. Delivery time within Peninsula Malaysia is up to 5 working days while delivery time to Sabah and Sarawak is up to 7 working days (according to area).

3. Nonetheless, items could be collected from us at Kompleks Damai, Jalan Ipoh during office hours or at Seksyen 6, Kota Damansara after office hours and weekends. Full address will be given after payment is made.

Cara Membuat Tempahan

1. Pesanan boleh dibuat melalui email kepada :-

2. Sila nyatakan maklumat berikut dalam email pesanan :

· Nama Anda
· Kod-kod barangan yang ingin dibeli
· Alamat lengkap penghantaran pesanan termasuk poskod
· No telefon
· Alamat email sekiranya menggunakan alamat email yang berbeza

3. Sebaik menerima email pesanan anda, kami akan menyemak stok barangan dan akan memberikan pengesahan kepada anda melalui email atau SMS termasuk jumlah yang perlu dibayar.

4. Sila buat pembayaran selepas menerima pengesahan tempahan daripada kami.

5. Jumlah sebenar yang perlu dibayar termasuk kos penghantaran / pengeposan bersama pengesahan tempahan.

6. Selepas anda menerima pengesahan dari kami, tempahan anda akan disimpan untuk tempoh dua (2) hari sahaja. Sekiranya tiada bayaran dalam tempoh tersebut maka tempahan anggap dianggap BATAL dan kami akan membuka semula produk tersebut untuk jualan.

· Address of delivery including the postcode
· Contact telephobe number
· Email address if you are using different email address for ordering

3. As soon as we receive your order, we will stock check and confirm the order through email or SMS including the amount of payment.

4. Kindly remit payment as soon as we confirm your order.

5. Total amount of payment is including shipping / delivery cost.

6. We will only reserved your order within 2 days and after that period if there is no payment received, we consider your order as CANCEL and items to be released automatically.
